Many of my first memories were made on the water spending time with friends and family. I have spent nearly my entire life on the waters of Lake George and it has made me realize just how special a place it is. Often summer mornings were filled with fishing, waterskiing, and refreshing swims. You can swim in almost any lake, but there is no other lake that will have you feeling more relaxed, refreshed, and invigorated than after a dip in its crystal clear waters than Lake George.
"I started LG Adventure Co. because I want everyone to experience Lake George the way I do — not from the shore, but out in the middle of it, where the its just you, the water, and those you care about."
I am a licenses PV captian with over 12 years of operating experience on Lake george alone. I've been on all sorts of adventures but have learned that everyday on the water is special in its own way. Prior to starting LG Adventure Co. I would frequently bring my family and friends around the lake to show them the natural beauties the lake has to offer. Everyday is fully customizable, meaning if you want to speed up and down each side of the lake, that's what we'll do! Or if you just want to cruise to one of the dozens of picturesque bays to drop anchor, that's what we'll do! Or if water sports are more your interest... you guessed it, that's what we'll do! My years of experience allow me to tailor to individual preferences making sure everyone has an incredible day on the water!
So whats the captain's dream day look like? Starts bright and early with a breakfast sandwhich from Water's Edge Marina in Bolton, make sure to get a sandwhich for the Road! Then I would go north towards Huletts landing and Candy island both fan favorites. I would spend most the day bay hopping and tubing between destinations before beginning to head back south around 4:30pm this allows for an early dinner and dockside parking at the Algonquin, after dinner a pleasant cruise over to Bolton public docks followed by a short walk to Kate's Creamery or Mrs. Whizzy Fizz Popp's Candy shop. Then we book it south back to the village for the fireworks before returning to either the lively streets of the village or the crackle of a nice campfire.
What Every Charter Means to Me
Every group that steps on this boat is trusting me with their day — and I take that seriously. Whether it's a family's first time on the lake, a group of friends celebrating something big, or just two people who needed to get away, I want every charter to feel easy, safe, and genuinely worth it. Lake George is special. My job is to make sure you feel that.
